Robert R. Grose, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Lake Phoenix LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who's Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business ownership.

Mr. Grose was operating a restoration business when he was introduced to a man with a scuba tank. Due to his business-oriented nature, Mr. Grose took a chance and learned everything he could about the art of scuba diving. Today, he is humbled to oversee Lake Phoenix, a scuba campground and diving facility that doesn't sell diving gear or train in an effort to collaborate with local shops. Over the course of his career, he has found success as the general manager and vice president of Carl Zeiss Vision and the owner of PuroClean Property Restoration. In addition to his career with Lake Phoenix LLC, he has found notable success as the president and chief executive officer of RRG Group LLC since 2008 and an open water scuba instructor with Rob's Scuba since 2011.

Mr. Grose is certified as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. To his credit, he is gratified to serve customers from as far as Pennsylvania. For his contributions in the field, he is proud to have been featured in Diver Magazine and interviewed by the local Channel 6 News. Though his career has been suffused with highlights, he is most proud to have become a general manager and vice president before reaching the age of 40. Looking toward the future, he aims to establish and maintain an additional quarry outside Manassas, Virginia.
