Beyond her primary responsibilities, Ms. Austria-Miller has also contributed to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah as a mentor, Habitat for Humanity as a team lead and the Special Olympics as a volunteer.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Austria-Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in business from the University of Utah in 2007. She subsequently completed a marketing analyst internship at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in 2011 and graduated from the aforementioned university with a master's degree in economics with an emphasis in statistics in 2012. Attributing her success to the exceptional leadership provided by her mentors, her exceptional work was honored with an Achievement in Compliance Excellence (ACE) Award from Zions Bancorporation in 2019, an Excellence in Academic Performance Award from the National Society of Leadership and Success in 2011 and numerous recognitions from TD Ameritrade between 2010 and 2011.
