Jane Russell stars in this light romantic-comedy from 1957. In it, she plays Hollywood's biggest, movie-star, Laurel Stevens. Laurel has worked hard carefully crafting her image to become the silver-screen's most desired blonde sex goddess. But her career may come to an abrupt end when she is kidnapped on her way to the premiere of her latest movie,, "The Kidnapped Bride." She soon realizes her kidnapping my look like the world's most desperate and phony of all publicity stunts and will most certainly turn the public against her. Luckily, her kidnappers have their own troubles and together the devise a plan to save her career and in the process find true love. Co-starring Ralph Meeker and Keenan Wynn and directed by Norman Taurog.
