Renowned among his peers for his hard work and willingness to learn new things, Mr. Williams attributes his success to the support of his family, including his wife, Shelby, as well as his daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Randy Hines. He was drawn to his field after becoming fascinated by aviation during his military service, despite not flying during that time, and he is incredibly proud to have thrived in the business world after beginning at the lowest point in his field. Looking toward the future, Mr. Williams hopes to continue studying while furthering his involvement in local politics and federal law policy.
