| Office of Weights and Measures (OWM) | |  | | 2023 Interim OWM S&T and L&R Analysis Documents | The 2023 Interim OWM S&T Analysis and Executive Summary as well as the 2023 Interim OWM L&R Analysis and Executive Summary are now available on the OWM website. The NIST OWM Analyses are documents prepared to assist the weights and measures community as it deliberates on items before the National Conference on Weights and Measures (NCWM). Separate analyses are prepared for and submitted to the NCWM's Laws and Regulations (L&R) Committee and Specifications and Tolerances (S&T) Committee prior to each NCWM Interim and Annual Meeting. OWM offers these comments and recommendations based upon information and input available as of the date the analysis is published, denoted by the date in the links. The following documents are available on the OWM website: The NIST OWM Executive Summary documents provide high-level points that summarize the technical aspects of each item within the OWM Analyses.
