It would be very easy for me to tell you to eat a lot less in order to lose weight.
You'll lose a lot of weight really quickly, and I'll look like a 'star Coach' … in the short term.
But then later, when you are sick, or on a yo-yo diet cycle, or worse, and wondering why you've gained all the weight back … and all the while haven't been working on basic, sustainable eating habits that actually translate to real life … then where will be really be?
