So you ate something that made you feel like crap, or gain weight.
I say, 'Good.'
Good means that there is no failure; only feedback.
Good means that if you needed to eat X in that moment, then you needed to.
Good means that if thought you needed to eat X in that moment, but then later realized that it wasn't worth it, then good, because you learned something very valuable.
Good means that it's good to try things that you love and not always be living inside of a book of strict rules.
Good means that we don't have to think of it, or ourselves, as bad.
