The tiniest bit of Consistency applied to positive change will compound into big results.
In my group coaching program I only assign clients weekly practices that they are highly confident in their ability to execute that week.
So for example, if you're not going to cook at all, or take a walk outside, and all that you can do this week is add one additional glass of water per day, then that's what we're going to do.
Maybe next week, it will be two, or something else.
But what's important is that we build Consistency.
