I've seen 'one glass of water per day', and other similar practices lead people to achieve big changes in just a few weeks.
You don't have to be Consistent with everything 100% of the time. In fact, it's not wise to attempt that.
For most people, which includes you, 80% is more than enough. Depending on your goals, it might even be 70% or 60%.
Imagine that: you could just be consistent with your nutrition 70% of the time, leaving 30% of the time not to worry about what you're eating, and lose weight while improving your health.
Except it's not a dream; it is reality.
