I 'measure' my food intake daily, but not with a food scale or calorie counting app.
Those are tools I've used in the past, and can use presently whenever needed.
But I no longer need those tools daily.
Because I've had enough practice, I can measure my food intake - and the results of it - accurately enough from memory, repetition, daily scale weigh-ins, and observation of my bowel movements & body's signals.
There are many different ways to measure things, but one thing is for sure:
You can't improve what you don't measure, somehow.
