The band has the name "The Funky New Orleans Jazz Band" but I think this slightly odd name may put some people off of what is a solid traditional jazz outfit with top class personnel. I have previously uploaded two songs from the same album -My Lovin' Imogine and Just One More Chance- and this one also has a very pleasant duet vocal by Messrs. Oxtot and Allen. The video makes reference to some superb material on Dave Radlauer's website on both Earl Scheelar and Bob Helm. It is jazz treasure. Thanks to all subscribers to Clancy Hayes Jazz.
