Absolutely be wary of absolutes.
That's one of just a handful of things I know for sure.
The more I work with nutrition clients, the more I read and learn, the less I know for sure.
For example, I used to shout, "READ THE INGREDIENTS!"
I still think this is important, but I've backed off this as being so black or white.
For some people, reading the ingredients of everything is just not what they need.
For some people, it can be very confusing or even anxiety-provoking.
And the return on investment may not even be there.
So nowadays, for most things, I say, 'Maybe, We'll see, or It Depends.'
You've been reading a lot about Keto, and you think it may work for you?
Maybe.
Will intermittent fasting help you lose weight?
We'll see.
Do you want to know if you should eat a particular type of protein bar?
It depends.
