Do you ever wish you could take a camera with you into your dreams?
You could take pictures of all the things that you see, take pictures of all the strange people you meet, and the wonders you encounter, and when you awake, you can look at them all in polaroid fashion, and never forget the things you experienced.
Back in medieval times, it was custom for everybody to sleep in the same bed; what a comforting feeling!
Imagine a world where the trust between everyone was so strong, that men and women and friends alike, slept in the same bed. One wouldn't need to worry nightmares, for a quick tap on your shoulder once you awake from them, and your friends will be consoling you.
What nightmares arrive when you're with friends, is no nightmares for long.
In today's day and age, if this were all so, you could all take cameras with you;
we'll call them dream tourists!
5 strangers share the same bed, and you all enter the same dream with your polaroids, and go dream exploring.
Where a secret closet could be as large as a shopping mall, with millions of dream-people in it, wandering around and aimlessly shopping.
Where a bathroom could be as large as a ballroom in a castle, made from diamonds with even a receptionist in the front.
Smiling your way with your sleeper-friends, there would be chandeliers, diamond floors, and thousands of stalls, each with no door to them, where both men and women in harmony shower, like a massive locker room.
The high schools in your dreams would have bathrooms like this too, massive in scope, and flawless, friends you never met before would be there, showering, or simply wandering around, and you along with the other dream-tourists would have pictures of it all to share.
The dream bellhop, and the dream maiden you meet, that unlocks your heart, would be there; and this time you'd have proof of her existence as soon as you all wake up.
Where the three suns in the sky would be captured in your evidence camera, and any toys you played with, would be on the polaroid now, where you can straight-away hang them on the wall and in a frame.
Where the poolroom that you and your bed-friends swam in, would be seen clear as day in your photos.
That sand castle you spawn in on, where you could feel the warmth of the sand as though you were there? That camera would take it all, and there would no longer be a need to rush.
And as the daylight grows, and it is time for you to go, you wouldn't fear again, or be disheartened.
Because whenever you and your bed-friends awake, you'd be greeted by one another, each with photos of the world within a world.
And just like dream-explorers, you'll go about your day, longing for bedtime again, where you all will meet once more for the rest of the night. Climbing underneath the warm covers and hugged by the soft fabric, with your pajamas and cameras, wondering what dreams there over yonder, and what dreams aloft, may come.
