If you train on Monday you’re 100% more likely to have a better week than if you don’t. That’s a guarantee. Because there is no scenario, even in the shi**est of weeks, when having completed a Monday training session makes the rest of the week worse. This is why I prioritize making sure I get into the gym or at least do something for 5 minutes on Monday even though I have more work meetings on Monday than any other day. (Like most of you.) It seems counterintuitive and it definitely doesn’t always feel comfortable when you’re pressed for time. But I’m telling you, I’ve been doing this for years - it works.
