What % of the time do you notice the way your food tastes, smells, and chew mindfully as you eat? For me, 50% would be a generous guess. Some meals, it’s 10-20%. As a nutrition coach who helps people with this, I wanted to let you know I too struggle with this ‘100%’ is not the goal. However, if you can add 10% more mindfulness to each meal, you may find that you enjoy eating 100% more. How is that possible?
