Most people completely miss the boat on the 3 B’s of fitness. Most people are not very fit. Don’t be like most people. Instead, be: Boring.Tempting thought it may be, resist the urge to try new fads or get quick results. I can actually help you get quick results with Boring skills, but the difference is that my approach is safe and sustainable. What’s a boring skill? ‘Planning & Preparing.’ It doesn’t make good Instagram clickbait. But it will help you lose weight and keep it off. Basic.Not exactly the same as Boring, Basic refers to proven methods. For example, you only need a handful of exercises to get strong. You do not need to perform circus acts in the gym. A heavy back squat isn’t boring, but it is basic. And it works. Beautiful.Boring & Basic are Beautiful because they work. YOU are already Beautiful inside and out - even if you don’t feel that way right now. Beautiful is … how you choose to define it. It might include 6-pack abs, but if that’s all it includes, it doesn’t fit my definition. To me, Beautiful is looking & feeling great inside and out in a way that fits into your life neatly, without adding unneeded stress.
