That’s the sound of nothing getting done. It happens whenever I’m on my phone for more than a few planned minutes. Despite all of the measures I put into place:
I still catch myself ‘losing valuable time’ to my phone. So I’m currently reminding myself that when I’m on my phone, nothing is getting done. Sometimes, it’s OK to be getting nothing done.
