I love the question “Am I really hungry?” If the answer is ‘no’, you don’t have to eat ‘just because’ … … just because it’s a certain time of day … … just because the food looks great … … just because everyone else is eating now. Sometimes it makes sense to eat for those kinds of reasons. → If you know you won’t be able to later. → If you really want to try it. → If you feel it will negatively impact your relationships.
