For the last 10 days I’ve been off my usual training plan. Instead of strength training, I’ve been spending that hour doing some lighter rehab work. But I haven’t stopped training. If 3 of my 4 limbs were broken I’d train with the 1 good one. If my gym and all the nearby gyms burnt down I’d train at the park. It’s great to have a plan that you love and stick to. Just remember that it’s sticking to training itself that’s most important, because sometimes you have to adjust. You can join my nutrition & fitness Coaching Community here.
