I could tell you what to eat. I could make a meal plan for you and list every ingredient down to the gram. This meal plan will help you lose weight and feel great pretty quickly. But at some point, you will come off of it. Why? Because it’s not yours. You’ll inevitably want something that’s not on the list. That’s a good thing. That’s why it’s far more powerful to begin with suggestions rather than instructions. Because the point that most people get tired of following instructions comes pretty quickly.
