Some people think I never eat ‘like they do’, but they’re wrong. This past weekend I ate cheesesteaks, ice cream, tacos, french fries, and barbecue, among other things. The main difference is that I don’t eat like that very often. This way, when I do, it actually makes me healthier. How? Because infrequent amounts of ‘less healthy foods’ make it more likely that I’ll stick to eating healthier foods most of the time. You can join my nutrition & fitness Coaching Community here.
