If you’re not sure whether you’re hungry or thirsty, you’re probably thirsty. Hunger rarely presents itself as thirst, but thirst can feel like hunger. There’s probably a more scientific explanation for that; perhaps being thirsty triggers some of the same hormones or psychological pathways (or both) that hunger does … … but it doesn’t matter.
