I get really cranky when I don’t workout. It’s almost like a ‘Bruce Banner/Hulk’ thing; not quite that bad, but I become noticeably upset. I want that for you, too. It’s not that I want you do workout in the same manner or frequency that I do. I don’t care whether you lift weights, practice stand-up paddle boarding, or walk briskly for twenty minutes per day. What I care about is for regular movement to become a part of your identity.Once it does, there’s no turning back to who you were before. (Meaning, the old version of you who was OK with ‘skipping it’ or ‘waiting until next week’.) How long does that transformation take? Not as long as you might think. With consistency, in a few weeks new habits start to really stick, and I’d estimate that in a matter of months they are highly likely to stick for good. But you have to get started first.
