Most people I speak to about nutrition overcomplicate it. They tend to ‘major in the minors’.
Those 3 sentences are all [minors] … followed by … [majors]. Minor things are great to learn about and tweak for optimal performance. But if you’re not doing the Major things consistently, they won’t move the needle. Major things are:
