95% of the things we think about don’t matter. They either never come true, or don’t help us move forward. This isn’t a bad thing - it’s just who we are. We think alot. It’s only problematic when we cling too tightly, or put too much importance onto our thoughts. Your thoughts are not much different than passing sounds, like birds chirping or cars honking.
