My most successful clients don’t do what I tell them to do. They don’t follow the meal or training plans I give them. They adapt and adopt. This is important. Yes, they may follow my plans or suggestions very closely, for a time. But at some point, often very soon, or at least, as soon as they are ready, they begin to change things. They take this out or add this in. They do a little or less of this or that. They modify this session or that schedule. They make these adaptations so that it fits into their life. Then they are able to adopt these habits for the long term. You can follow just about any plan for 1-3 months. Or, you can co-create 1 plan for your life.
