Here in NY, it will be between 90 & 100 degrees this week. It’s not to hot to train. It’s too hot not to train. If you belong to a gym with AC, this isn’t an issue for you, perhaps other than getting motivated to go. But if you train outside like me, this is a great opportunity to get comfortable with uncomfortable conditions. Yes, of course you should take certain precautions relative to your fitness level.
