You can get VERY strong with zero weights. Just using your bodyweight, aka calisthenics, can provide enough exercise for an entire lifetime. I am a proponent of blended (both bodyweight and loaded) training for those who are ready, willing, and able to use weights. But if you are not one of those (ready, willing, or able) to use weights then you still should have NO issue getting fit, lean, strong, & agile.
