It’s Labor Day Monday here in the USA. Schools & banks are closed. Inboxes & feeds are flooded with ‘sales’. I love Labor Day because I get the chance to do an extra workout that’s not bound by a ‘get to work on time’ limit, and spend the day with my family. Labor Day is also typically full of barbecues, burgers, & beers. Many will ‘go overboard’ and have a few too many of each. They’ll have fun in the moment, but may feel guilty afterwards.
