Sometimes when I sit down for my daily ~10-minute meditation, I start to get up before it’s over because I’m thinking about getting my day started. Sometimes the whole thing goes by fast, I’m super relaxed, and I even sit an extra 10 minutes. And sometimes I don’t sit still at all. It’s not about perfection. It’s about consistent practice.
