Many of the times that I eat restaurant food, my digestive system feels bloated or gassy for a 2-3 days. Not all restaurants, and, the degree of discomfort depends what I order, and how much I eat, of course. I am happy to pay this price. Why? First, because I know the cost going into it. Second, because there’s value in having a social life, going on vacation, and/or trying something new or different once in a while.
