Yesterday I posted this video in which I stated that ‘it wasn’t that long ago that I couldn’t do one pull-up.’ It’s true. ‘Not that long ago’ is subjective - that was about 15 years ago. But it didn’t take me 15 years to get my 1st pull-up. That only took a few months. You can do anything, with patience, time, & effort.
