On the train the other day, as most people had their eyes fixed down on their phones, I wondered:
This neither a novel thought, nor a judgment. Many books have been written on the topic. I’m pretty good about not getting ‘lost in space’ - but I do too. I don’t have ‘the answer’ to this problem. It is daunting & epidemic. To me, the key word is ‘lost’. If you’ve forgotten the specific purpose you took the phone out for, you are lost.
