Yesterday I told you that the way to be strong was to eat better more often.
But, what if you’re on a GLP-1, for example?
Then you will eat a lot less, not more.
You will lose weight, which is great.
I support that tool as a tactic in the short term.
But in the long term?
Losing a bunch of weight from both fat and muscle while barely eating is not where I would want to be for very long.
I want to be in a place where I can:
Regulate my eating behaviors
Eat plenty of food whenever I’m hungry
Train hard, build & maintain muscle.
Be under 15% body fat.
Be 120 years old and be able to do a pushup.
And the way to do that is the same as for people who are not taking GLP-1’s.
It’s a transition away from old eating behaviors.
It takes practice.
