Yesterday I told you that the way to be strong was to eat better more often. But, what if you’re on a GLP-1, for example? Then you will eat a lot less, not more. You will lose weight, which is great. I support that tool as a tactic in the short term. But in the long term? Losing a bunch of weight from both fat and muscle while barely eating is not where I would want to be for very long. I want to be in a place where I can:
