There really is no ‘magic wand’ for how to get & stay fit & lean. I talk about a few of the key principles often. Regular readers know them. But there isn’t one specific plan or approach that fits all. I can create you a 2-3 page document that puts everything you need to do in the simplest possible terms. But if that document doesn’t resonate with you, or if you don’t take action on it, then, it didn’t work.
