It depends. Some people will scream from the mountain tops ‘YES!!! You should always eat everything Organic whenever possible!” I don’t agree - and I sell Organic food for a living. That is my job. Switching everything to Organic is simply not, in my experience, the top priority for 80% of people. Most people are over fat, under muscled, and have inconsistent eating, exercise, and recovery behaviors. Switching to a diet full of Organic frozen chicken tenders and potato chips from Costco is not going to move the needle for them. IF you are a person in the 20% of people with consistent, fundamental, healthy habits - or at least someone who is beginning to address those at the start of your journey - then you can, and probably should, begin to consider upgrading some of your ingredients. Now, what to buy Organic? There’s a lot of nuance there, which I will address in future posts. Men’s Group • LinkedIn • Instagram • X |
