I’m completely hooked. When it comes to exercise, cooking, eating well, and taking great care of myself, for me, there is no going back. If I don’t do one of these things, it doesn’t take me very long - like less than 24 hours - before I get begin to get very upset. Which is crazy because once, I didn’t care about these things at all.
