Men, taking good care of your health is selfless.

It is also our responsibility as Men and Fathers:

- To be here as long as we can

- To be able to participate as fully as we can

For and with the people that we love.

Not just for our spouses and children but also for their children and beyond.

Some people tell me I'm crazy when I say this:

"I am going to live to 120 and be able to do a pushup."

I think they are crazy for not believing this is possible.

It starts today, with the food that you eat and the way that you move your body.
