I think MAHA often misses the forest for the trees.

However, the intentions are great and we can agree for sure on this:

If your diet is full of UPFs (ultra-processed foods), that is bad.

I don't use the b-word often.

A diet full of UPFs is a fast track to chronic disease and a poor quality of life.

Here's how I approach the solution:

Rather than obsessing about eliminating every single ingredients on some list, do this:

EAT BETTER, MORE OFTEN.
