I speak to a lot of guys who are ‘running around a lot’. They tell me that they’re struggling to lose fat, keep it off, and stick to a program. What I often find is that those ‘programs’ don’t fit. A good program has to fit into your life - not the other way around. This is the fundamental thing that many programs miss. For a program to work for you, it must be flexible enough for you to do while you are running around all the time.
