Let's raise the standard.

It's not good enough to write an email "To Whom It May Concern" without doing 30 seconds of research for the person's name, or to see if they're a good fit for your request.

It's not OK that there are young students - even student athletes - who cannot do one pushup.

But it's up to us to LEAD BY EXAMPLE and go first.
