Back to Non-Judgment:
It goes way deeper than just 'no good or bad foods'.
It's also about not judging yourself.
Being open to feedback.
Listening to evidence.
And of course, not pushing your diet onto anyone else, or shaming them for theirs.
When you learn how to live nutritionally without judgment, guess what happens?
You can actually enjoy eating.
Anywhere, with anyone, any time.
Amazing, right?
