All heroes face the same challenge: a 'call to adventure'.

In a typical health journey, calls to adventure (or action) might be:

• One of my posts
• A stern warning from your doctor
• Losing your breath going upstairs

Most heroes refuse these calls.

But once you do answer the call, something happens.

You cross a THRESHOLD from which there is no going back.
