Due to her intuitive nature, Ms. Hardy has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between social missions and good business platforms. At YUPRO, Ms. Hardy's mission is to assist alumni as they navigate their careers across the opportunity divide. By providing a multitude of companies with motivated, trained, professionals, she and her team are able to generate profit that goes directly toward the continued help and support of their Year Up program. Over the course of her career, she has found notable success as the director and manager of ARAMARK Corporation, the president and manager of Cognisa Security, Inc. and the founder of KHardy Consulting. As the current vice president and officer of Kelly Discover, she examines overlooked talent pools in an effort to provide worthwhile positions for people such as veterans and those on the autism spectrum. Ms. Hardy initially obtained an Associate of Arts from Rock Valley College in 1978 prior to completing studies in industrial psychology at the University of Minnesota in 1981. Though her career has been suffused with highlights, she is gratified of her work as the senior vice president of Spherion Corporation, where she is credited with gathering double-digit profit gains in addition to receiving five promotions during her tenure from 2006 to 2012. For her contributions in the field, she is honored to have been a recipient of the American Staffing Association Care Award in 2018. In order to remain abreast with advancements in the field, she has maintained professional affiliations with the American Staffing Association and the Staffing Industry Analysts. Looking toward the future, she aims to continue her career with Kelly Discover as a board member.
