Join us for the 33rd Quest for Excellence® Conference, featuring the 2021 Baldrige Award recipients, Sunday, April 3–Wednesday, April 6, at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort and Convention Center. We are excited to be back in person for the premier learning event for Baldrige Award recipient best practices.

You can register and book your hotel room today through Showcare, the official conference registrar and housing bureau. But don't delay because advance registration and the Quest room block close this Wednesday, March 9.

Conference Highlights

The 33rd Quest conference will feature the best practices of the 2021 Baldrige Award recipients, former recipients, and much more. Take advantage of conference sessions and activities including:

  • The Baldrige Award Ceremony on the evening of Sunday, April 3, will celebrate and honor the Award recipients from the past three years.
  • An opening plenary session featuring the 2021 Baldrige Award recipient senior leaders sharing what makes their organizations unique and successful.
  • A keynote presentation on Wednesday, April 6, by Kai Kight, classically trained violinist, innovative composer, and graduate of Stanford University's Design School.
  • A special health care track featuring numerous Baldrige Award recipients.
  • More than 40 sessions featuring current and former Baldrige Award recipients from all sectors, sharing their proven performance management practices and real-world insights in leadership, strategy, workforce, and many more areas essential to organizational success.
  • Baldrige Criteria Pre-Conference Workshops on the afternoon of April 3 for beginner and intermediate users of the Baldrige Criteria.
  • Opportunities to network with and learn from Baldrige recipients, applicants, examiners, Alliance for Performance Excellence program representatives, Communities of Excellence participants, as well as Baldrige experts and users in all sectors.
  • Opportunities to meet the Quest Sponsors.
