NCCoE Announces Technology Collaborators for Data Classification Project

The NCCoE is collaborating with 10 technology companies on the project.

View As Web Page National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence NCCoE Announces Technology Collaborators for Data Classification Project The National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) has been joined by the following technology collaborators in the Data Classification Practices: Facilitating Data-Centric Security Management project:  Adobe ActiveNav GitLab Google Janusnet JPMorgan Chase & Co. Quick Heal Thales Trusted Cyber Technologies Trellix Virtru  These collaborators will work with the NCCoE to build informative reference designs that highlight recommended practices for performing data classification in ways that support business practices and transactions while enabling security and privacy architectures to protect data. This project will include scenarios aimed at inspiring organizations to add the use of data classification to improve their control and use of data.  These organizations will contribute their technologies to the collaboration under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the NCCoE. They discovered this opportunity to collaborate via a Federal Register Notice. The NCCoE looks forward to not only the collaborators' technical contributions, but also their expertise as we work to create and build reference designs that highlight data classification standards and best practices.  To learn more about this project, visit our project page.
