Stop overthinking your health.
It's simple.
If you want to build muscle, do pushups, pull-ups, dips, squats, deadlifts, rows, and all of the classic movements that have made men strong for hundreds of years.
Do them all the time, in all different ways, consistently, with intensity.
Yeah, sure, running a Hyrox race is cool, and hot yoga has it's place, and I'll try anything once.
But I'll NEVER stop doing the basics every day.
