This blog is almost 13 now, and, more significantly, I've posted every day since 2014—ten years, 3650+ days in a row. As I've said, the motto is, "It may not be very good, but it is consistent."  : - ) Looking forward, it is clear that this blog cannot continue in the same way.  Posting every day is a grind, and, as I'm sure the reader can tell, many of the posts are pretty shallow and pointless.  I haven't descended to 100% "I saw and interesting link, click here."   But many days the posts have been perilously close to that. Which is not really what I want to do, nor does it make the world a better place.  Besides, I am getting old.  I simply don't have the energy to grind away at blogging.  This is supposed to be for my own amusement and mental enrichment. So… After January 6, I will cut back on posts to this blog. I don't know yet exactly what I will want to do.   I intend to continue the book reviews, probably weekly.  What else I may be motivated to blog about, remains to be seen.
