Yesterday I played in a soccer match early, then did hard sprint training in the afternoon.
This morning my legs were sore.
It would have been easy to skip today's workout of squats, burpees, and other lower body exercises.
But guess what?
My legs feel BETTER now than the did before I trained.
Most of the time, when you do the work even when you don't feel like it ...
... even when you're sore ...
you will feel better.
Thoughts?
